HOT SWEAT

Hot Sweat is designed with a traditional and classical pilates method at the foundation (mat 1 principles) in order to focus primarily on targeting and stimulating the deepest parts of your core. You can expect a low impact sequence of intentional activations and series of movements to help you connect with each muscle group. Although this is a low intensity, low impact structured class, you can expect to shake, sweat and see results with a scientific approach to progress. Expect the heat to be up to 110, and weights up to 5 pounds.

hot strength

Hot Strength is designed for muscle-building and metabolism-boosting. You can expect each of your muscle groups to be primed with mind-muscle connection movements and be challenged to use a heavier load of resistance to stimulate each muscle group resulting in a leaner body composition, better metabolic health and strength for longevity. Expect the heat to be up to 110, and weights up to 30 pounds.

hot sculpt

Hot Sculpt is designed to increase your heart rate through low-impact movement. You can expect your cardiovascular system to feel the heat with faster paced movement and interval training. This method includes a time-under-tension approach to challenge your endurance and stimulate your muscles while keeping your joints safe. Expect the heat to be up to 110, and weights up to 12 pounds. (we call this our Signature!)

Hot Stretch is designed to help regulate your nervous system and improve mobility, detox the body and expedite recovery. You can expect a gentle, guided sequence that integrates breath and movement. Expect the heat to be up to 110, with minimal equipment.
